This website is operated by Sichuan Jinmao Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of feed additives and veterinary products based in Mianyang, Sichuan, China.

What we collect

When you request a quotation, unlock a document or subscribe to our updates, we collect the information you enter yourself: name, company, business e-mail address, WhatsApp number, country and the content of your message.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your inquiry, to send the documents you asked for, to prepare quotations and shipping documents, and — only if you ticked the consent box — to send you new farming guides and product updates.

Marketing consent and how to withdraw it

The updates consent box is optional and is not ticked by default. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail, or by writing to us — your address is then removed from the mailing list.

How long we keep it, and who we share it with

Inquiries, quotations and subscriber addresses are kept on our website and e-mail servers for as long as needed to serve you, and are deleted when you ask us to. We do not sell your details. We only pass on what is necessary to carriers, forwarders or customs brokers when you ask us to arrange a shipment.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop using it for marketing. Export and accounting records are kept for the period required by Chinese export and tax rules.
